2026 Big Pocono Ski Club Trip

Family Friendly: Members may bring up to two minor guests if they are their legal guardian.
Children of members over 21 must join the club as regular members.

Lodging Package Only: 5 nights lodging cash rates with tax and gratuity included.
Credit fees are extra and will be added to final balance:

Lift Tickets:
- Loon Mountain: Ikon Pass, Ikon 3 day for $199/175; local discounts
- Cannon Mountain: from mountain, single day is $99/$89 (under/over 65)
- Waterville Valley: from mountain
- Bretton Woods: from mountain, $99 daily, $40 Mon-Thu for those 65+

Activities Included: 5 nights lodging, 5 buffet dinners, 5 buffet breakfasts,
nightly cheese and cracker reception with hot apps
Happy Hour drinks daily 5-6:30 pm
1 Apres Ski Party

Local Information: 10 minute drive to Loon, 30 minutes to Cannon and Waterville
45 minutes to Bretton Woods

Not Included: Trip Insurance (See EPSC guidance on this), Ski rentals, lift tickets

Payment Schedule:

1st payment.	Upon Registration	$100 deposit
2nd payment	Nov 12, 2025	50% of balance
Final payment	Jan 12, 2026	Balance

Cancellation Policies:
No lodging penalty if cancelled by Nov 20, 2025. After that date deposit money can be used on a
future trip to Indian Head Resort.
Cancellation and changes by Jan 5th, 2026. Credit card fees incurred will not be refunded.

Registration:
Registration is on the club website: https://bpsc.clubexpress.com or by mail using the
NH Ski Trip 2026 Registration Form and Waiver.
Look for the trip on the main page. You may use a credit card or pay by check.
Credit fees will be added to final payment.
