Join us for another fun filled session at Stratton. Last year we had a great turnout for a wonder week of
skiing and exploring with friends. We're looking forward to more of the same this year.
Accommodations at Black Bear Lodge
Walking Distance or short shuttle to the mountain.
Breakfast and parking included.
$199/room + 20% dbl occupancy Midweek (does not include a lift ticket)
$249/room + 20% dbl occupancy Weekend (does not include a lift ticket)
- 20% for taxes and fees
$25 for each additional person.
We have 15 rooms in the block reserved for club members until 12/15/24. After that date we'll release unregistered rooms to other clubs to help us keep the preferred rate.
Must register by 1/12/25 before we return unreserved rooms to the resort and lose the rate.
Cancelations 14 days in advance will refund all but $100; after that date there is no refund. Reservation details will be provided by email when you signup for the trip on the BPSC website.
Check-in 4:30pm, Check-out 11:00am
Mountain Fun
Bring your IKON Pass or take advantage of these resort rates:
- Mid-Week Adult Lift: $89 + 7%
- Weekend adult lift: $109 + 7%
- youth rates available at the resort
Equipment rentals (including a helmet):
- Adult Sport package equipment - $65/day
- Child Sport package equipment - $55/day
Registration
To register:
- attendees 21+ must be BPSC members or a reciprocal ski club member
- Under 21 must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian
- complete a waiver for each attendee
