Family Friendly:  Members may bring up to two minor guests if they are their legal guardian. Children of members over 21 must join the club as regular members.

Package Includes: Air fare (Newark/Hayden), Lodging, 5-day lift pass, Transfers in Hayden, Activities.

Lift Tickets: Price above includes a five-day lift ticket. If you plan to ski other resorts that use the Ikon Pass it may in your best interest to purchase an Ikon Pass. See below

Activities Included: Welcome Reception, Apres Ski Party, Club Race, Themed Gala/Dinner, Ski Race. This is the EPSC Carnival Trip.

Not Included: Trip Insurance, Lunch/Dinners, Ski rentals, tips/gratuity

Lodging: Seven nights accommodations at Gravity Haus SLOPE SIDE!, Walk to lift.
All “hotel” rooms have two queen beds.

IKON PASS:

If you plan to ski at other mountains during the 2024/2025 season that offer the Ikon Pass consider purchasing this pass. You will receive a credit of $590 off this trip as it includes a 5-day pass at Steamboat.

The Ikon Base Pass allows unlimited access at 14 destinations and up to five days each at 36 destinations, one of which is Steamboat. (This is the one most of you will want)

The Ikon Pass allows unlimited access at 17 destinations (including Steamboat) and up to seven days each at 40 destinations. This one obviously costs more.
